So our ac quit blowing cold. I reached out to Daniels HVAC later in the day to have them come out. They were able to come out the next day at 10am. Nick V from Daniels HVAC arrived and was very courteous and professional. I took him the unit outside and within 5 minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. We were searching for a new HVAC company after the small family-owned we've been using for 20 closed. Daniels came highly recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. It waseasy to set up an appointment with the kind receptionist and it was a very short wait time for said appointment. The repair person arrived right on time and had everything tuned up and working so fast! Our system is old and will need to be replaced eventually, but there was no hard sell on a new one, just an honest discussion of what we'll be looking at in the future. I needed a new HVAC unit and the process of finding the right company was so stressful. After searching for a HVAC Company I could trust for months I was referred to Daniels through my landlord and they were so professional and so quick. Nick came out right away gave me the best quote. I set up a day for the following week and now I have a brand new AC unit ready for the hot summer days ahead. They are licensed and insured you would think that’s a standard thing but I had a big issue with all the hvac companies in the area not being insured and my landlord wouldn’t approve them for the job. His team was clean and professional and little items that happened after the job (no job is 100% perfect) were addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. He ended up being the least expensive of the bids but I went with this company as I was impressed with things he pointed out and the extras he would do that others never mentioned. A few years ago they installed a new AC and all new ducting. The city inspector said that it was the tightest and best ducting job he had seen. About a month ago, they came out because my trane/thermostat wasn't working. They fixed it and were extremely clean and professional. I don't usually buy warranties or sign up for protection plans but I am signing up for their maintenance plan because it is very affordable and trust they do more than come out, look at it and leave. They are very honest and dependable which is hard to find these days.

I called Daniels to get a second opinion and a quote on a $5K repair estimate I got from another company. I was up front about it. Everyone was very responsive and efficient in getting out to to diagnose the problem and creating a repair estimate. Communications were fast but not intrusive. Technician was in direct contact and was always courteous and prompt. The estimate came up lower and, of course, I choose to use Daniels. Despite the high demand AC repairs (middle of August), they were able to schedule the repair and fixed the AC. Daniels will be my first choice from now on.

I am so thankful I had Daniels Heating and Air come out to fix our AC! April, who answers the phone, is so nice and had so much patience when it came to my million questions when booking my appointment. I was scheduled to have Joe come over at 7am and he came over at 7am sharp! He gave us a call 30min beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Joe did such a wonderful job explaining what he was checking for and what needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He didn't try to sell us anything, he was very upfront with what we needed and what it cost. During this Covid time, he was wearing a mask, gloves and even wore little booties on his shoes when he had to come into the house. I highly recommend to everyone!

In 2015, Daniels Heating and Air Conditioning installed A/C and replaced my home heater. There prices were reasonable and they did an outstanding job. They ran some wires under my three foot wide walkway to connect to the new A/C unit. They matched my paint and concealed wires, etc. on the side of my house. Excellent workmanship! I have had them return twice for maintenance even though everything was working perfectly. When entering my house, the workers always covered their shoes to protect my floors. Daniels Heating and Air came to our rescue! We were selling a house and in the 11th hour the gas company came out and red-tagged the heater/furnace for replacement. With inspections in two days and closing the day after - we were crunched for time and in a panic. I had used Daniel's Heating & Air to service our air conditioner at another home and found them fairly priced, expedient and very honest. So I thought I would try my luck again. One phone call and Nick from Daniel's Heating & Air came out the same day, placed a bid and scheduled the installation for the following morning. They came as scheduled. So our ac quit blowing cold. I reached out to Daniels HVAC later in the day to have them come out. They were able to come out the next day at 10am. Nick V from Daniels HVAC arrived and was very courteous and professional. I took him the unit outside and within 5 minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. He gave me a few different options for the repairs and explained in detail the variances between them. Within an hour he had the repair fixed and also cleaned our unit.
